I had a very positive experience working with this company. They go above and beyond and are incredibly kind, ethical, and professional. It is local and family owned by a husband and wife team.One of the owners, Chris from Dray, came out because we were having issues with a new heat pump system that we recently, foolishly installed by a different company. I wish I had gone with Dray. They saw my plea for advice on Facebook and came out at no charge to check my system. They did not make up any false issues to glean money and did not even charge me for the assessment. These are truly good people! They let me know that the other sales team had talked me into a low performing system. Unfortunately, other than replacing it, there was nothing to be done as it was operating the best it could. I really appreciated this information and the time it took for Chris to do the full inspection.

Excellent, fast service with furnace replacement. Dray provided the best quote and fastest service of the several HVAC companies contacted. They got an initial appointment within 24hrs and a furnace replacement done in one morning. They walked we through setting up my Nest thermostat and made sure that took good care of the floors and walls with all their equipment. Chris and his crew do excellent work at an affordable price! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had two mini splits installed in my home after years of running roll away plug in AC units and still toasting all through summer. I came home to my house feeling like the freezer section of the supermarket. Dray Heating and Air is by far the best HVAC company I’ve experienced. They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would, and stood behind their work. I will recommend them to all my clients and all my friends.

I can’t say enough good things about how great of an experience it was to deal with this company. The fact that they are a small, local company was a blessing because they take the time to really make you feel like they want to make sure that you have a quality experience. The owner, Chris Dray came to my house and explained all my options. His wife was very helpful and provided financing options. Day of installation could not have gone better. I highly recommend this company.

After attempting to go through our home warranty company and having it fail, we called Dray, he was out here quickly, told us what we needed, gave options and we ended up going with a new unit. We did a lot of research to find the right heating and air company. It has been one year since our unit has been replaced. Chris from Dray Heating & Air was recommended to us by prior customers of his, they had nothing but great things to say about their experience with Chris and his company. At the time, we had several quotes and companies that we spoke with, all were so outrageous and recommended so many things that were unnecessary for our home. Chris was awesome, he never tried to oversell us, he was simply looking for the best option for our home. I would 100% recommend Dray Heating & Air As your solution. Chris replaced our unit and furnace, and we are so pleased with the way our home feels even in the extremely hot days. Our home is two-story and it’s never a big difference between upstairs and downstairs when we use our AC. Chris did an incredible job with our AC replacement and we are forever grateful.

Called Tuesday for a bid. They came on Wednesday and did the repair! Easy to work with Chris and Casey. Jaime was good as well. Would use them again. Thank you!6-10-24 Had issue with the AC, Contacted the office spoke with Jaime very friendly once again. Had to order and part, once the part came in, they had it installed the next day by John, he was great as well. Highly recommend Dray Heating and Air.

Chris came out on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and explained what he was doing and why. The problem was fixed within an hour and everything was working perfectly.

Chris came out today to do a routine check on our AC. This was the second time he’s come out and he remembered us! He was quick but efficient. Told us our refrigerant was low, explained what would happen if we didn’t add more and also told us the cost (per pound) to add what was missing. We trust what he told us and didn’t hesitate to get it taken care of even though it was an additional cost we didn’t plan for. Not know enough about AC stuff, it’s important to have someone that is trustworthy and also good at what he does. Thank you!

Chris was great came out to Manteca on a Saturday..came to the house on time went straight to work needed a replaced on a component checked everything else out was working good…great guy to talk to very very knowledgeable ..I recommend these guys..if there was 10 star I would give it..easy to talk to…can’t say enough..thanks again Chris/DRAY heating and air much appreciated

It was my first time using Dray Heating & Air and they gave me a window of 12-2 and arrived on time. They were professional and told me what they were going to do what was included in the check up and got to work. They did not push any up selling or sneak in any hidden fees. We had placed calls to several companies to repair our broken ac. One came in the morning (late for their scheduled time), gave a quote and took the broken part PLUS the housing in which it fit, saying it would be a couple of days until the part came in and that we really needed a new system. Shortly thereafter, Chris Dray showed up on time, gave a quote for considerably less, and said he could fix it that day, plus he was professional and personable! There was no question that we’d rather do business with Dray! So we called the other company, they returned the part, Dray came back and fixed it and said, “As long as it’s working, you don’t need a new system!” It’s working fine, and we’re nice and cool! Thank you, Dray Heating and Air. Next time, we’ll only call you!

I was very disappointed with their service as I had seen positive reviews. They did respond promptly to a leak in my AC unit. They said they would order the part and call to schedule a time to install, but never did. I called to check on the status of the ordered part and was told it wasn't in yet. That was several months ago. I've never heard from them again.Update:

Called with an issue with our AC at an industrial location. Responded immediately. The tech wasted zero time identifying the issue. Was up and running within 30 minutes. I would recommend Dray Heating and Air to ANYONE, residential or industrial. They get it done! When I got the bill I told them they were too cheap and I’d pay more, but they refused. Dray Heating & Air is knowledgeable and professional!! Don't waste your time calling other companies that take a fee and do nothing in return. Jamie is the owners wife and the 1st point of contact for me, she was knowledgeable and professional, I was sat up with an appointment for the next day since I called mid afternoon. Technician Casey Hagens arrived on time and was excellent/ knowledgeable to work with! I sure wish I called Drays Heating and Air years back I would have saved money by not being taken advantage of and lied to by other local companies. CALL DRAY HEATING AND AIR !!!!

Ripped off. They came out. Was there fir an hour total. Said wires needed to be fixed took 20 min charged $300. It worked for one day . They came back Said I now needed a part that was $25 that they wanted to charge $225 to install. That they said would stop it from popping circut. Funny never had that problem till you messed with wires. They just happened to have that part on them . No thanks. I already wasted $300. Now you want more. So over 500 for what would be a total of 35 minutes of work. Which again is odd all of a sudden my breaker couldn't handle running ac as soon as they mess with wires. $300 for my system to not work. Thanks for nothing!!!!!
