One of the owners, Chris from Dray, came out because we were having issues with a new heat pump system that we recently, foolishly installed by a different company. I wish I had gone with Dray. They saw my plea for advice on Facebook and came out at no charge to check my system. They did not make up any false issues to glean money and did not even charge me for the assessment. These are truly good people! They let me know that the other sales team had talked me into a low performing system. Unfortunately, other than replacing it, there was nothing to be done as it was operating the best it could. I really appreciated this information and the time it took for Chris to do the full inspection.”
